煤矿直流提升机系统谐波治理研究

Theoretical Study of Harmonic compensation in Mine Hoist DC system

摘要: 文章提出了一种新型的并联NPC三电平有源滤波器,对直流提升机负载进行谐波补偿,同时在谐波负载未达到补偿装置容量上限时,兼具无功补偿功能。通过仿真研究证明了该方案的可行性和优势,并对NPC三电平有源滤波器关键技术进行了论述。提出一新型电压锁相环技术,在煤矿电网不平衡和瞬变等环境下仍能有出色的锁相能力,提高了系统稳定性。

Abstract: Mine Hoist plays a vital role in the coal mine production, but with current harmonics at same time. This paper presents a new three-level NPC parallel active filter, which has a funtion of the DC hoist load harmonic compensation, while the limit on harmonic load does not meet the compensating device capacity, both reactive power compensation. The simulation studies have demonstrated the feasibility and benefits of secondary programs. For NPC three-level active filter key technologies are discussed. Propose a new voltage PLL technology, in the coal mine power grid transients and other environmental imbalances and still have an excellent lock capacity, improve system stability.
